There are a limited number of pictures from this event, and not of the best quality. Nor is it timely, as it occurred 17 prior to creating this back-dated post. I am adding it now because there are many people in these images that have passed or moved away, and our members may enjoy a trip down memory lane.
There is only one active member in the photo above, a younger-looking Ryland Craze in the far-left background. His wife Pam is to his left, facing us. Standing to his right is Graham Horne. Graham moved to the Northeast many years ago and we lost contact with him. Facing us with the red tie is Dean Sword. Dean maintains his membership, but we’ve not seen him in a meeting, in person or online, in a very long time. Hope to see you soon, Dean. To the far right is Brad Granum. Brad served 26 years in the Navy’s silent service, retiring as a Captain. He passed in 2009. The woman opposite Brad is not identified.
We’ve not had a banquet for the past 2 years due to the Covid outbreak. I hope we can renew that soon and create more memories. As these event attest, our club is about fellowship as well as model making.
